A single figure's echoing footsteps follow the beat of a spotlit platform at the foot of a place not unlike an opera house. Centerstage rests an early 20th century mic. And it is this that the figure taps with her finger before saying,
"Good morning, and welcome, to Drama School. The doors are open to any and all who truly appreciate the ancient art of flamboyant expression. I only ask that all young drama students act the part and stay professional while on school property. That will be all. I'll be in my dressing room."
